Service Warranty Guidelines for Southeast Idaho
- All faucet repairs come with a one year warranty.
- All new faucet installs that we supply come with a two year warranty.
- All new hose bibs come with a two year warranty, but if the hose bib is damaged by freezing from leaving a garden hose on it, it will not be covered under our warranty.
- All fixtures that we supply and install come with a two year warranty.
- All regular piping repairs come with a two year warranty.
- All frozen pipe repairs and replacements come with a two year warranty. If the homeowner does not want the piping to be heat taped and insulated the warranty will not cover any damage caused by the piping freezing again.
- Sewer line bursts come with a lifetime warranty on the new pipe and a five year warranty on the connections.
- All pumps come with a two year warranty. Sewage ejector pumps come with a two year warranty, but the warranty does not cover any damage done by the sewage ejector float being jammed.
- All Idaho Falls water heater repairs come with a two year warranty.
- All new tank water heater installs come with either a six, eight, or ten year no question warranty. (No question warranty means we will repair or replace any water heater we supply within that warranty.)
- All new tank less water heaters come with a six year no question warranty. (No question warranty means we will repair or replace any water heater we supply within that warranty.)
- All main line drain cleanings come with a 30 day warranty which can be extended up to one year after the technician has looked at the line with the sewer camera, depending on the condition of the pipe the tech can extend the warranty up to one year with two call backs if the pipe has no problems ( cracks, bellies, roots etc, ). If the pipe has some problems we will also warranty it up to one year but with only one call back.
- All Other drain lines come with a 30 day warranty which can be extended up to an additional three months with the purchase of one bio-clean or one year with the purchase of three bio-cleans.
- Under the appliance section we will warranty all work and piping up to two years but will not warranty the appliance itself since it is owner supplied.
- Under the appliance section labeled garbage disposal, the disposal itself has a listing of either seven, three, or a two year warranty that covers the appliance.
- All customer supplied items come with a two year warranty on all piping and workmanship but the warranty does not cover any of the owner supplied material.
- All water treatment items come with a full two year warranty.
- All sprinkler repairs come with a two year warranty, but does not cover any damage done by freezing if the owner does not have us winterize their sprinkler system.
- If the sprinkler system is winterized by us and damage occurs from freezing we will warranty any parts necessary to repair the system.
