Stefanie Taylor is one of our customer service reps here at Advanced Plumbing. She strives to live up to the adage, "Customer service is not a department, it's an attitude." Helping customers & co-workers gives her a strong sense of accomplishment and belonging. Aside from the office, Stefanie loves to be outdoors with her family whether for work or play.
Rebecca Thompson
Rebecca Thompson Is one of the friendly voices you may hear on the other end of the phone. Rebecca not only works here, but is also attending a local college studying business management. She enjoys helping people. She realizes that plumbing problems are never easy or fun, but is happy to help you get those problems solved thru the services we offer. Aside from work & school, she enjoys playing musical instruments, being outside & playing sports.
Zeeni Haskell
Zeeni Haskell is definitely a people person, making her a great fit for the team. Through her customer service & dispatching responsibilities, she's able to learn more about individuals, understand your situation & offer solutions. She knows our technicians very well and you can bet she'll match you up with the technician best suited to meet your needs. Zeeni comes originally from Texas but loves what Idaho has to offer. She for sure knows how to have fun with friends and family.

Todd Frandsen
Todd Frandsen Will know how to help you out with any plumbing need. Todd has 17 years experience in service & repair plumbing, and still enjoys the challenge each situation presents. He enjoys being able to turn those challenges in to solutions. He also is athletic and loves to play basketball, soccer, coach kids teams & most of all spend time with his family.
Michael Barrow
Michael Barrow Comes to us with 18 years experience in plumbing & drain service. He likes working with people & helping solve customer's plumbing needs & wants. With the tools & quality inventory on each truck, he is confident in his ability to get the job done right. Michael has a great personality and enjoys a good joke! After a good days work, he finds relaxation in fishing & hunting.
Steve Perry
Steve Perry is native to our area & has 16 years industry experience. He enjoys helping others through plumbing & being part of a team that watches out for him & his family. Steve is definitely our "work horse" but when he does round up some spare time, it is occupied with his passion for hunting & the outdoors.
Nate Rasmussen
Nate Rasmussen began plumbing in 1995 and has been going strong ever since. He comes to us from Utah when he joined the team in 2006. He enjoys building relationships with co-workers & especially with customers. Nate is very knowledgeable & well rounded in his plumbing repertoire. He can offer solutions to any plumbing/drain issue. Nate & his wife have 4 young children & they enjoy spending time together.
Tyson Garrett
Tyson Garrett is everyone's plumber with his likeable personality & industry skills. He compared plumbing to Legos…he likes to build & create! Tyson likes service plumbing & how it stretches him to think "outside the box" to improve situations. He & his family enjoy horse riding & jet skiing.
